Short Biography
Hazrat Mufti Siraj Saleh sahib, younger brother of Shaikhul-Hadith Shaikh Hanif Luharvi sahib. Khalifah of Hazrat Maulana Qari Ramzaan sahib. Stayed under the blessed company of Hazrat Maulana Shah Hakeem Akhtar sahib (r.a.) for 11 years.
